Lars has over 35 years experience in engineering & construction of full scale power plants, within biogas, biomass conversion processes, liquefaction, heat pumps and industrial noise reduction. He has expertise in process design, turnkey constructions, contract negotiations, technological trouble shooting and new processes development

Gert has more than 30 years of working experience within the field of environmental biotechnology. He is involved in the process of design of full scale industrial or municipal wastewater treatment plants for the biological conversion of municipal, industrial or agricultural organic residues as well as research & development within these areas. He is involved in technical marketing of leading edge process technology and in technical education of staff from companies involved in environmental projects abroad.

Ioannis has more than 15 years of experience in anaerobic bioprocesses, anaerobic biotechnology and microbiology, biofuels, biorefinery and bioeconomy concepts-biomass conversion/fermentation (bioethanol, biosuccinic acid, etc.), microalgae cultivation technologies, etc. He has documented collaborations (e.g. consultancy, joined research, publications, project proposals preparation and execution, exchange students, etc.) with many companies (e.g. NovoZymes A/S, DHI A/S, Aquaporin A/S, Kalundborg Symbiosis, etc.).

Maria has a Master of Science in Business Administration and Corporate Communication degree from Copenhagen Business School with focus on public relations. Besides from also studying abroad, she has worked with international marketing and PR for Huawei for the last couple of years. Maria is our Marketing and Communication Manager.

David has more than 25 years of international sales of capital goods and business development working with multinational companies and distributors in USA, Eastern Europe, Far and Middle East. He has expertise in business development and engineering.
